Welcome to the Legal Chapter

The SCCC Legal Chapter is a centre of competence and exchange for Swiss and Chinese legal issues and developments. It offers a two-way bridge-building function into China and Switzerland.

Established more than 20 years ago, tending to the needs of the SCCC members the activities of the SCCC Legal Chapter focused on the legal background in China for investment by Swiss companies. Against the backdrop of increased Chinese investment in Switzerland it has become a level playing field for Swiss and Chinese companies.

The members of the SCCC Legal Chapter regularly discuss and carry on lively exchanges on the legal development in China and Switzerland. They organise seminars and events for the SCCC members and assist Swiss and Chinese businesses in their activities in China and Switzerland.
