The Legal Chapter of the Swiss-Chinese Chamber of Commerce is taking great pleasure in inviting you, your colleagues and friends to the SCCC Legal Chapter 2021 Forum: Chinese / Swiss Business Law.
The SCCC Legal Chapter is pleased to again hold its traditional event, where people meet face to face. Against the backdrop of the global pandemic and increasing competition in global markets, the legal developments in cross-border relations have become even more complicated. The SCCC Legal Chapter offers a two-way bridge-building function as a centre of competence and exchange of Swiss and Chinese legal issues and developments.
The SCCC Legal Chapter will again tackle topical issues from both, the Swiss and the Chinese side at its Forum 2021. The Forum is not only suited for lawyers and in-house-legal counsels, but is also strongly recommended to those who are otherwise involved or interested in cross-border legal issues between China and Switzerland.
Please note that in accordance with current FOPH standards, a valid COVID certificate (vaccination, test or recovery) in combination with an official ID is necessary for participating in the event. This measure is subject to change according to official guidelines.
The forum is kindly hosted by MLL and supported by the Europa Institut at the University of Zurich (EIZ).
By
