Lukas Zuest
Attorney-at-Law, Counsel, VISCHER
Lukas Zuest specializes in investment and commercial transactions. He advises Swiss and foreign companies on foreign direct investments, M&A-transactions, joint ventures, distribution and agency, and license agreements. He worked as lawyer in Shanghai for five years. Lukas Zuest heads the China Desk of VISCHER and is on the board of the Swiss-Chinese Chamber of Commerce.
Wenhui Jia
Deputy General Manager, ICBC Zurich Branch
Ms Jia has joined ICBC Headquarter since June of 2005, she worked as a head of relationship management of Chinese asset managers, overseas investors in the Custody Services Department. From Nov 2022 Ms Jia joined ICBC Zurich branch as a member of management. Before joining ICBC, she worked as a financial consultant and project manager in Beijing Investment Consultant Inc., and Beijing Guofu private equity investment company. She holds the master of Philosophy in Economics of Cambridge university, and accomplished ICBC International Leadership Development Project in University of Toronto.
Patrick Förg
Head Origination, SIX Swiss Exchange
Patrick Förg is Head Origination in the Primary Markets team at SIX Swiss Exchange. He and his team are responsible for the origination of new listings (equity and debt) and for enhancing the visibility and awareness of SIX Swiss Exchange as a listing location for Swiss and international companies. Before joining SIX Swiss Exchange, Patrick Förg worked 12 years in the Corporate Finance & Treasury department of the Holcim Group. He holds a BSc in Business Administration (Banking and Finance), a MAS in Corporate Finance and a CAS in Sustainable Finance.
Christian Schneiter
Attorney at Law, Senior Associate, VISCHER
Christian Schneiter's practice focuses on complex debt and equity-linked financing transactions. He also specializes in capital market transactions and is further experienced in mergers & acquisitions as well as corporate and commercial law matters. He has been heavily involved in several GDR listing projects of Chinese companies.
