Following our highly successful trailblazing trip to China in November 2023, the SCCC is excitedly preparing for our next adventure. From 23 to 28 June 2024, we will explore the vibrant cities of Chongqing, Dalian/Liaoyang in the province of Liaoning, as well as Beijing. Based on your valuable feedback, we have enhanced the trip’s focus on selected industries.

Chinese Visa: If you are a Swiss citizen, you do not need a Chinese visa for this trip. For a trial period from March 14 - November 30, 2024, ordinary passport holders of Switzerland can travel in China for a period of not more than 15 days for the purpose of doing business, travelling and sightseeing, visiting relatives and friends, and transiting through the territory of China.

It is important to note that companies intending to participate in the WEF Dalian must meet certain criteria, and the final decision rests with the WEF. The participation fee, determined by the WEF, should be settled directly with them.

• Cultural tour through Liaoyang including visit of the White Pagoda and historical museum. (Liaoyang is the true first city in the northeast of China. It has a history of more than 2300 years and served as the eastern capital of the empire during the Liao and Jin periods as well as the Qing Dynasty. If you are interested in the history of China, Liaoyang is a must visit destination.)
