This is a forum for open dialogue and inspiration on the issue of Future Talent. Co-organizedby the Adecco Group and the Chinese Embassy of Switzerland, the event will bring together decision makers and senior leaders in functions around Human Resources and Talent.

Workplaces worldwide are changing, and the role of talent will not be the same in the future as it is today. Effective action is needed now more than ever, in order to manage both this transformation as well as highly sought-after talent pools. With no single industry, government or business presenting a clear solution, we believe it is vital to jointly design solutions for making the most of the opportunities presented by the future of work.

This year, the event aims to foster the inter-cultural exchange and address developments in academia, business and politics alike.
