Lucas has been living in Hangzhou for 15 years and is currently on business trip in Switzerland. He has lived through the pandemic and seen the development of China over the last years. Rondez Lucas, Swiss national, holder of a permanent residence permit in China. He has received honors such as the "WestLake Friendship Award, "Honorary Citizen of Hangzhou », etc. In 2017, he was selected as the Vice Chairman of the Hangzhou Young Entrepreneurs Association. In 2022, he became the Vice Chairman of the China-Switzerland Chamber of Commerce and the President of the China-Switzerland Chamber of Commerce Shanghai Chapter. Lucas has over a decade of experience in the financial industry, having worked at UBS, Bank of Hangzhou, and Ping An Bank. In 2015, he established Nihub, an innovation and entrepreneurship center dedicated to bringing high-quality overseas companies and projects to China, providing comprehensive incubation services, helping companies better expand and develop in the Chinese market. Lucas is also a co-founder at Taromed, an integrated medical group enterprise based on AI and intelligent manufacturing equipment, covering production, supply, and sales.
