More than ever sanctions have become relevant in trade and investment relations and are no longer restricted on bilateral relations, but may be impacted by legislations all around the globe. Following international developments, a new foreign investment control law is under discussion in Switzerland. While Chinese firms retrieve from the New York Stock exchange, listings of Chinese companies have appeared at the SIX Exchange in Switzerland.
